Ever since Elon Musk took over social media Giant Twitter, he has ordered his employees to either accept his hardcore working style or leave the job. Mass resignations followed as Musk-Owned offices, shut down its operations until next week.
Elon Musk made it very clear that the existing work ethics at the social media giant is not going to last with immediate effect. Soon after taking over the position, the CEO made it obvious that the employees have to follow his strict operational style. Earlier, Musk had asked the employees to either accept his extreme hardcore ethics or pay the penalty of leaving the job. Since then The hundreds of workers quitted the firm before Elon Musk’s deadline for them to accept his “extremely hardcore” working style or leave the job. The message did not go well with many as they offered mass resignations. Following the trend has forced Twitter to close offices until next week. It was only in last week of October, that Twitter closed its $44 billion deal.

Mass resignations forced the Social Media giant Twitter to close offices until next week. All the office buildings will be temporarily closed with immediate effect. Also, the access to all office buildings and badge access will be revoked until Monday, November 21. Just a couple of days back, Elon Musk had asked the employees to adopt his extremely hardcore working style or leave the micro blogging site. Twitter asked all the employees to comply with the company policy and avoid sharing the confidential information on any social platform. Here is what the Musk’s policy expected.
“This will mean working long hours at high intensity. Only exceptional performance will constitute a passing grade.”

After Musk put criteria to accept his “extremely hardcore” working style or leave the job, many employees have offered their resignation. Musk made it clear that any employee not willing to commit to this very notion shall receive three months’ severance. Musk’s stern remarks have not gone well with many employees.
Twitter offices will reopen on Monday, November 21.
