Andrew McDonald appointed the new coach. Jeff Vaughn resigns
Jeff Vaughn assumed the role under Justin Langar just before the world cup. His duties included the fielding training of the Australian team. Andrew McDonald is the current Australian head coach. Also, Jeff Vaughn has joined as the new full-time coach of Tasmania in the Sheffield Shield and Marsh Cup competitions. Earlier Vaughn fulfilled the duties of Assistant fielding coach for Australia’s successful T20 World Cup, Ashes and Pakistan Test campaigns.
Tasmania announces Jeff Vaughn as head-coach
Vaughn, from South Africa joins as the new head coach of the Cricket Tasmania. As a matter of fact, the position of Bowling and fielding coaches are now vacant. Adam Griffith got Vaughn recognition as a coach. Not only did he contribute to the entry of Matthew Wade into the cricket team in 2019 , but also the grooming of Ben McDermott across all the formats. Although Cricket Tasmania transformed the coaching of the team under Adam’s leadership, Vaughn took charge of Sheffield Shield and Marsh Cup.

Vaughn assumed the role of head coach of Tasmania after the resignation of Griffith. Jeff Vaughn expressed his gratitude for the opportunity.
