Chocolate

Although Chocolate is a guilty pleasure for humans, however the same can’t be said for your feline. Many dog lovers have told that chocolate is a poison for dogs, however it is the same for cats as well. One of the ingredients of cocoa beans from which chocolate is extracted is Theobromine.

Since cocoa beans are used extensively in the chocolates, the chemical ends up in them. Even a small dose of Theobromine can be poisonous for your cat. Any form of food made with chocolate such as pudding, ice cream shouldn’t be given even in small amount. Cats digestive system is more sensitive than humans and even a little chocolate can upset their stomach.

Ensure not to treat your cat with onion soup mix, garlic powder, and other foods having garlic and onions.

Cats who have from Anemia or low red blood cell count exhibit the symptoms such as weakness, lethargy, reduced appetite, orange to dark red urine, and pale gums.
