Big Boss contestant Monalisa, Real Name Antara Biswas opened up on her role in the series. She shall play a sex worker in the Anthology ‘Ratri Ke Yatri 2’. During the conversation she revealed the difficulties she experienced.
‘Bigg Boss 10’ fame Antara Biswas, also known as Monalisa, revealed that she would essay the role of sex worker in the series ‘Ratri Ke Yatri 2’. Also, the actress opened up on the difficulties and the challenges she encountered while donning the role. Talking about the character, she added that every role had its own form. Consequently, if someone has to step out of the comfort zone to play the character it becomes more challenging. However, she admitted that such a role required the artist to step out of their comfort area and enables them to push boundaries.
“Every role has its own shape, form, and essence. And it becomes even more challenging when you have to step out of your comfort zone to play a certain character. At the same time, it pushes us as an artist to take that extra step where you give your best shot and deliver a performance that justifies the role.”

Known to have been a part of ‘Nazar’ and ‘Namak Issk Ka’, ‘Nach Baliye 8’, ‘Smart Jodi’, and many earlier, the actress shall act in one of the five stories ‘Dulhe Raja’ in the series. In the upcoming series Ratri Ke Yatri 2, Monalisa plays sex worker. Its story reflects the dark reality of a typical red-light area. She opened up on her preparation strategy for the role of a sex worker. Also, she mentioned that she watched shows and movies that showed similar roles. Additionally, she hired a dialect coach to train her with her dialogue delivery. She also reinvented the character by adding her own personal touch.

Actress revealed her character from the series Ratri Ke Yatri. The first part of the series released in 2020 had a star cast including Sudhir Pande, Anju Mahendru, Iqbal Khan, Barkha Sengupta, Parag Tyagi, Avinash Mukherjee, Shiny Doshi, Renee Dhyani, Mansi Srivastava, Reyhna Pandit and Akashdeep Arora.
