Big Boss 16 is currently on, and the everyday new updates roll out. In a recent update it is shown that Nimrit Kaur captaincy is staked.
It hasn’t even been a week into the Bigg Boss house and the scandals seem to be spilling all over. The contestants of the Bigg Boss 16 house woke up to the news of their captain Nimrit was in trouble. Big Boss called Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia to the confession room and conveyed that she was fired from her position as captain. Other contestants Nimrit’s conversation in the confession room. Failure to perform the required tasks puts Nimrit Captaincy at stake.
The reason cited for her ousting was the failure to meet the rules under her leadership. Also, the Big Boss announced that the first person to ring the gong shall have a chance to be the next captain. Even before the ‘Bigg Boss’ could finished his sentence, Shalin Bhanot rushed out and struck the gong. This upset Nimrit as she assumed Shalin to be her friend. Big Boss unsatisfied with failure to meet the rules, Nimrit Captaincy at stake
As Big Boss summoned Nimrit Kaur and informed that her captaincy was in trouble. He also informed that the decision was taken considering constant rules were broken under her leadership. Furthermore, he added if anyone is interested in the position, he can press the gong outside. With Nirmal captaincy at stake, Shalin Bhanot struck the gong and becomes the challenger. It comes as a surprise as she thought he was a close friend. As a challenge for captaincy, both the challengers are asked to balance the baskets on the heads. Then Big Boss asks them to fill the basket of the contender they like to evict. Thus, the candidate who drops the basket first gets evicted.
The new captain will be empowered to change the duties and can assign three new contestants to carry out the household chores.
Big Boss extends captaincy chances to others after Nirmal captaincy at stake
Bigg Boss also extended a chance to the nominees (Gori Nagori, MC Stan, Sajid Khan, Shiv Thakre, Gautam Vig, and Archana Gautam) of the week to rescue themselves from the threat of being evicted. He asks Haryanvi singer Gori Nagori to entertain housemates and convince other contestants to join her. Bigg Boss 16 airs from Monday to Friday at 10pm and every Saturday and Sunday at 9.30 pm only on Colors.
