The upcoming concert, is scheduled to take place at Pune’s The Mills in January 2023, has come under fire from the fans. Take a guess at how much the Tickets cost. While the basic price starts at Rs 999, the premium prices are exorbitant and can reach up to Rs 16 lakh.
Fans cringe at Arijit Singh’s Concert Prices, chose to stay home instead
In terms of Popularity, Arijit Singh is one of Bollywood’s most prolific singers. From a humble start in a music reality show, his talent made him rise to feature amongst the country’s best. He is currently one of the sought-after singers. And just like other Bollywood artists, he participates in award functions and concert shows. He has a concert soon coming up, and it has annoyed his fans immensely. No, it is not the singer or his personal life, but rather to extremely high prices. As per the Ticket ordering site, the tickets range from basic to Luxury lounge.
The disparity in the price of both the slots is huge. While the basic costs Rs 999, the Luxury lounge which can hold up to 40 chairs can cost up to Rs 16 Lakhs. Additional features include accompaniments such as Unlimited food and quality alcohol. Also, the luxury lounges 2, 3, and 4 have seating capacities of 40, 30, and 30 and cost Rs 14 lakh, Rs 12 lakh, and Rs 10 lakh, respectively, to reserve.
Disappointed with the Concert Prices, fans chose to stay alone.
Fans are disappointed at the exorbitant prices of the Arijit’s concert. The disappointed lot has expressed it was better to cry at home, rather than pay 16 Lakhs. Many fans express their disappointment on Twitter.
As mentioned, Arijit is Bollywood’s most famous singers currently. His songs are mainly in Hindi and Bengali. Besides receiving six Filmfare Awards, he has won a National Award as well.
