Vikram Vedha shooting completed on Friday and the makers have vouched on the movie to be a blockbuster. Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer action-crime thriller is shooting and the audience is in for a real treat. The multi starrer movie is based on the folktale of Vikram aur Betal. Story reflects a tough cop who is on a lookout for a gangster. Movie is also a remake of 2017 Tamil movie of the same same name but with a different caste. While the current movie has Saif and Hrithik playing the role of Cop and Gangster, the same roles were played in 2017 by R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi.

Hrithik opens up on the challenge to fit into Vedha’s Role, credits his co-stars for his performance
Produced by the same producers who did the original Pushkar and Gayatri, Hrithik opened up on his experiences about playing the role of Vedha. “Becoming Vedha was unlike anything I’ve ever done before. I had to break the mold of being the ‘hero’ and step into completely unexplored territory as an actor. The journey felt like I was graduating. My relentless directors Pushkar & Gayatri kept me on a treadmill, silently motivating me to push boundaries.”. Additionally Roshan credited his fellow actors Saif and Yogita Bihani for his performance as villain. He said “Looking back.. I became the Vedha that I did, because of the powerful presence of Saif Ali Khan as Vikram. He is phenomenal in every way possible,” he added.
Saif rates working with the directors rewarding, director reciprocate the same
One of the movie actors playing the lead role of Vikram, Saif finds working with directors extremely rewarding. According to him “Pushkar & Gayatri are quite the dynamic duo with great creative energy and it’s been very rewarding working with them. A complete icing on the cake and elevating experience for me was working with Hrithik and doing some intense action scenes.” Also the directors responded in a similar manner. Talking about both the actors the directors praised the talent of the actors and the crew. They too credited them with accomplishing their target .
Shooting, Release Date and Cast
The shoot of “Vikram Vedha” commenced in October 2021. The film has been shot at various locations such as Abu Dhabi, Lucknow, and Mumbai. It also stars Sharib Hashmi and Satyadeep Mishra in promising roles. Bhushan Kumar produced the movie and is set to release on September 30.
