In a chat with India Today, Maheep Kapoor revealed that her husband cheated on her during their marriage of 25 years. She revealed it was important to speak about it.

Show has the same stars with Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan, Bhavna Pandey and Neelam Kothari, however it adds a personal touch. A glimpse of the episode is becoming viral where Sanjay cheated on Maheep. She made this revelation on the show, and said her husband Sanjay cheated on her during their 25 years of marriage. When asked if it was difficult to open up and if her family knew about revelation and this is what she replied.
“There nothing that’s been difficult. It just happened. We were in the moment. You’re talking about things.” She added, “We’ve pushed the envelope (referring to showing their real side on the show). I am hoping that women will understand that everything is not hunky dory. Everyone has their ups and their downs in life. And, we go through it, we chug along and that’s what it is. It’s not scratched under the surface, you will see that we all have our issues. It was important (to speak about it).”When asked if she discussed it with Sanjay before speaking about it, Maheep shared, “No, I have not discussed it. They will find out via the show.”
