RRR fails to make it to Academy Awards, initiates a massive recognition campaign

A ‘Chhello Show’ is India’s nomination for the Oscar. However, the film’s US distributors Variance Films has started a campaign to have the film recognised in the major categories, including Best Picture and Best Director among others. All the Indians are waiting with abated breath, as the academy announces nominations on January 24. Oscar ceremony takes place on March 12, and movie is expected to make it to a couple of categories. Besides NTR Jr and Ram Charan, Bollywood actors Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt stunned with their respective cameos.
