Ranveer Singh, is not an unknown name now, but everyone knows that he did not have a godfather. He has made it big on his own. Since long the star has talked about the casting couch in Bollywood. Ranveer’s Casting Couch Experience first came to the forefront during his initial days of struggle. Also, the actor shared his story at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco. Without naming the producer, Ranveer revealed how he was ill-treated by him. Earlier Ranveer Singh set the Moroccan stage ablaze with his Malhari song.

In the conversation at the recent Moroccan festival, the actor recalled his earlier days. Also, he opened up how those days had made him humbler now. Remembering the incident vividly, the actor opened up on how casting couch entices many newcomers.
“This guy calls me to this seedy place and is like, ‘Are you a hard worker, or a smart worker?’. I didn’t consider myself to be smart, so I said, ‘I think I am a hard worker.’ He was like, ‘Darling, be smart, be sexy’. I had all those kinds of experiences during those three-and-a-half years and I think it was that period that makes me value the opportunities I have now.”

Ranveer’s Dream Debut in YRF Films
Ranveer made his Bollywood debut with Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baaraat in 2010 opposite Anushka Sharma. However, he gained popularity after commercial success of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-leela in 2013. It grossed Rs 100 crore at the box office.He then showcased his acting prowess in films such as Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, Gully Boy, and, ‘83 and emerged as one of the biggest superstars of the current era. He will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
