Gully Boy actor began by referring to the year he first met his wife, Deepika Padukone. Recently there were news of not everything being well between Ranveer and well. Trouble started from a tweet that said, “BREAKING! Everything is not OK between #DeepikaPadukone & #RanveerSingh !!!” Amidst the breakup rumours, he cleared by mentioning the following.
“Touchwood…We met and started dating in 2012… so 2022 is ten years of me and Deepika.”

Ranveer called Deepika on stage after winning the Best Actor at the most recent Filmfare Awards. Both got married in November 2018 after six years of dating. They fell in love while filming their first movie together, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. Sanjay Leela Bhansali had directed the movie and it released in 2013.
