Barfi actor remembered how his father was so eager to see him get married soon. He recalled how he kept on pestering him to get married when he was in the hospital. He told him and Alia both not to waste time and get together. He kept telling us,’ Why are you all wasting your time? You guys have no work? Go and get married… why are you sitting in the hospital’. Remembering his sense of humour he said it would have been amazing to have him around , but also felt content to have his blessing. Ranbir revealed Rishi’s reaction and said that he would have loved the festivities of the occasion.
Ranbir gears up for Shamshera and Brahmastra after 4 years hiatus
Talking about Ranbir’s upcoming movie, Shamshera is up next for release on July 22. Actor is sharing the screen space with Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor. Karan Malhotra is directing movie Shamshera. Besides, Ranbir shall act in Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra. The movie stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni, and is expected to release September 9 this year.
