Vijay Deverakonda starrer movie Liger’s debacle at the box Office has made Karan Jittery over Brahmastra’s launch. Karan’s Liger made at a budget of 160 crores flopped miserably.

Everyone was waiting with abated breath for the launch of Shamshera. Movie with stellar star cast included Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. Its stunning VFX’s were expected to catapult the movie to the top. However it was not the case to be as Shamshera sank badly at the box office. Although the movie started strong, yet it started its descent after day one. Ranbir’s Brahmastra is next in line, and is coming up on September 9, 2022. Brahmastra is Ayan Mukerji’s high budget movie with a stellar cast of Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. Recently Vijay Deverakonda’s movie flopped miserably at the box office. Liger’s failure halted Brahmastra as Karan Johar is stressed after the debacle of Liger. Also, Karan Johar’s Liger in spite of Vijay Deverakonda failed to create its magic at box-office.

After Liger’s Failure halted Brahmastra, Karan shows movie to Bollywood friends

As per some reliable reports, Karan Johar wanted to play safe. So instead of just launching the movie, he showed the movie to friends Shah Rukh Khan, SS Rajamouli, NTR Jr and Aditya Chopra. In spite of their approval, the actor felt that it could not be equated to universal acceptance. For this reason he wants to test water before the launch. In other words Liger’s Failure halted Brahmastra movie. Brahmastra is a magnum Opus project from Karan Johar and so far VFX’s and reviews are exceptional. Subsequently these trial screenings could make small changes based on audience feedback. But it is reported that Brahmastra co-producers Star Studios, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures are not in favour of his idea.
