During one of the episodes of Karan’s Koffee with Karan, Vicky Kaushal had expressed his disappointment over the shelving of the movie. However, according to some reliable sources, the movie begins soon.

Vicky Kaushal starring The Immortal Ashwatthama was put on hold and consequently shelved. This led to not only the dejection of many fans, but the actor himself was shattered. On Koffee with Karan, he openly revealed how disappointed he was after his film ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’ was supposedly shelved. However, there is good news waiting as Immortal Ashwatthama’s shooting begins soon. Sharing the screen space with Vicky is Pushpa fame actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Actor Vicky Kaushal and Director Aditya shared a common dream of bring the movie in theatres. Since both saw the dream together, so Vicky was definitely the choice for the lead actor. In the movie making process, there were a couple of hiccups over the finances and the casting, but now everything is sorted. Hopefully the movie gets released next year.

After many hiccups, reconsiderations the movie is expected to begin shooting soon. Considering the movie is a big-budget movie, it involved greater risks. With the source and material in place for which the director writer had put in 3 years of hard work.

“It’s an extremely costly film, but Aditya has big ambitions. He wants to take things to the nextlevel and has worked very hard over the last 3 years to have all the source material in place. Even on the visual front, he has made a storyboard, which has impressed all the studio heads at Jio.”

Writer, producer and director Aditya aims to present Mahabharta’s legendary character and son of Guru Drona. He expects the story to cross boundaries too. The movie is all set to take the floors by the next year. Although the movie releases in two parts, it is shot in one. Other than the above Vicky is also in Govinda Naam Mera and Great Indian Family.
