Jubin Nautiyal, a well known singer in the Hindi Film Industry seems to be under attack of misinformation. An email is believed to be sent by a talent management company, Believe. They circulated an email claiming Jubin Nautiyal as their artist. However, Jubin was quick in responding on the matter. He clears the air and issues a clarification disinformation in their e-mailers on signing the versatile singer. He also refutes the claim including him under their talent pool.
Jubin Nautiyal says, “This news is false. It is also misleading and a deliberate misrepresentation on your part to the trade, distributing partners and the general public. This sort of disinformation at my behest to gain some mileage by a company of your stature is absolutely not acceptable. It is also not expected. I have also been advised to point out that this act on your part amounts to misappropriation of my personality rights. It as well as is a tortious interference with my contracts.”
He further adds, With my long standing partners including but not limited to T-Series for films. Regarding music and live, RadF Media for films, IPs and investments are there. Mr. Rocky Khanna is for my live management and Mr. Shivam Malhotra for my business and IP management.”
The versatile singer appeals Believe to immediately withdraw these emails. He also appeals to issue a clarification to all the distribution partners to whom this email has been sent.
He further adds, “Please be informed I am still an exclusive artist with T-Series and have not signed any contract with Believe. I would like you to immediately withdraw these email and issue a clarification to all the distribution partners to whom this email has been sent. Also issue a public statement and apology to this effect.”
