Also, do not tie coats too tightly, as it can cause deep lacerations and eczemas. Keep checking skin if your pet is smelling bad or scratches itself a lot. Try to put loose cloths, preferably cotton t shirts or cotton lined coats. People put coats and jackets to stray dogs. Poor souls are even more vulnerable for eczema and skin allergies as mist of early morning and late evening keeps coat wet leading to horrible skin infections. Please remove these coats in daytime at least!!! Keep checking your pet’s skin regularly. Brushing and combing regularly is good idea. Try to spare some time for Sun too, it is good for you and your pet. Give plenty of soups and fluids. Keep them hydrated as much as you can. Show it your regular vet as soon as possible if you see above mentioned signs.
Put coats only for cold hours of the day and for pictures and selfies.
